Geoff Wallace is a Production Designer who as been working in the Vancouver film industry for the past fourteen years. He arrived in Canada shortly after graduating from Architecture at the University of Sydney in his native Australia. That education laid the foundation for him to build a solid career in Set Design and Art Direction working on such films as Double Jeopardy, Elf, Things We Lost in The Fire and Charlie St Cloud, not to mention such classics as Thirteen Ghosts, White Chicks, Catwoman and 2012.

During that time he has overseen the design and construction of many large sets, both in studio and on locations in and around Vancouver. Those years have also allowed him to work with Designers such as academy award winner Richard Sylbert, Tom Sanders, Sean Hargreaves and Rusty Smith who have each helped distil his view of how good design will inform the audience and enhance the script.

Over the last four years Geoff has Production Designed such films as 30 Days Of Night – Dark Days, Center Stage – Turn it Up, Triple Dog and the soon to be completed Gay Dude among others. His seven films to date have run the gamut from dark psychological thrillers to teenage comedies, Dance and Horror. Geoff’s work as a Designer has helped develop a style of controlled color palette and subtle visual themes that aim to create an intrinsic, unifying look with each film.
